“I always knew Muslims so I was aware of their religion, but it was never put to me that it can be my religion as well. I used to think that all religions lead to one God, but then I realized that after thinking about it when there are so many different versions of God in people’s minds, that this couldn’t be true. What made me look into Islām properly was when I asked a Muslim what would happen to me if I died as a non-Muslim, and he replied that I would go to the Hell-Fire. So I thought then it was important for me to look into Islām so that either I could accept it or reject it. And then that’s what I did and I became a Muslim.”
